My Story
My name is Caroline Donoghue, I am a Registered Nutritional Therapist. I was born in France but fell in love with England over 14 years ago. I have been here since and I am now based in Amersham (Buckinghamshire) after many years in North London.
Until 2012 I took my health for granted but after a period of sickness I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis - an autoimmune disease - and began to accept that feeling unwell was my new reality. Years of struggle and false hope followed, eventually prompting me to see a Nutritional Therapist. This experience changed the course of my life. It transformed my health, improved my knowledge of my own body and allowed me to find my passion: helping others develop understanding of their own health and supporting them through this journey. I can now look back on my own journey with no regrets. My condition and diagnosis led me to despair but also towards the knowledge I now have and the purpose I have now found.
I am passionate about helping other women. I am a mum of two boys and I know that as mums, our mental load is sometimes draining. We often juggle many different things at once and we forget about ourselves in the process. I want you to feel more energetic and live your life to its potential. And I want to accompany you on this journey and help you to reach this goal.
