Hello, I'm Caroline

I’m a Registered Nutritional Therapist supporting women with hormonal and gut imbalances to feel more energetic, balanced and in control of their health. Through my online clinic, I provide personalised 1:1 nutrition and lifestyle support to women worldwide, addressing the root causes of symptoms and creating sustainable changes that fit into everyday life.

I also support couples preparing for pregnancy and women through fertility, pregnancy and postpartum, optimising health and building strong foundations for conception, motherhood and beyond.

What my clients are saying…

Are you feeling that your health is not where it should be?

I can help you.

Are you struggling with irregular, heavy or painful periods?

Perhaps you’re experiencing PMS or PMDD, fibroids, PMOS, adenomyosis or endometriosis? Together, we’ll explore the root causes of your symptoms and support your hormones, cycle and overall wellbeing.

Do you have digestive issues?

Digestive symptoms can feel uncomfortable, frustrating and disruptive. Whether you're experiencing bloating, constipation, diarrhoea, reflux, IBS or IBD, we'll work together to support your gut health and improve your relationship with food.

Are you trying to conceive?

Preparing for pregnancy can feel exciting but also overwhelming, especially if you're experiencing hormonal imbalances or fertility challenges. Nutrition and lifestyle play a vital role in supporting reproductive health for both women and men. Together, we'll optimise your health, support your fertility and help give you the best possible foundation for conception.

Are you pregnant, breastfeeding or in the postpartum period?

Whether you’re experiencing fatigue, nausea, low energy, low mood, nutrient concerns or simply want to optimise your nutrition, I’ll support you in nourishing your body and meeting your changing needs with confidence.

Are you feeling exhausted, emotionally drained or out of balance?

Are you feeling tired even after a good night's sleep? Fatigue can sometimes be difficult to explain but there is always an explanation. Let's find out together why you are feeling this way.

Are you struggling with your sleep?

Poor sleep can affect your hormones, gut health, mood and energy levels. Whether you struggle to fall asleep, wake during the night or never feel rested, we'll explore what may be contributing and support better sleep through nutrition and lifestyle changes.

What is Nutritional Therapy?

Nutritional Therapy is recognised as a complementary medicine and follows the functional medicine model: a patient-centered approach that means there is no β€˜one size fits all’ approach.

Finding the root cause of any symptoms or underlying health conditions you may be struggling with is key to understanding the bigger picture. It is a holistic approach to health.
