I am a mom of 3 with PCOS and a sugar addiction. I used to think that despite the craving of chocolate/sugar I was overall healthy and ate well.
Meeting with Caroline opened my eyes on so many levels nutrition wise. She really focused on my individuality to give specific advices adapted to me and my goals (get rid of sugar addiction), prescribed different blood/hormonal tests to assess me from the inside.

After almost 20 years after been diagnosed with PCOS (and dismissed with a: “just take this contraception pill to reduce the cysts”), without having a clue of how this condition could affect my health and what was happening to my body, I casually bumped into Caroline, who helped me understanding PCOS, the symptoms and possible consequences if not treated, how to manage it and reduce PMS naturally. I have been trying to work out a way of supporting and improving my health for many years - trying one thing after another, with some temporary benefit. Caroline has helped me focus on what really needs changing and provided a treatment plan which takes away a lot of the uncertainty and hit and miss nature of my previous efforts. Caroline was so lovely and easy to chat to; I never once felt uncomfortable during our chat.I was having horrible trouble with my digestive system, which was causing me a great deal of grief. Caroline gave me really practical advice and easy to follow suggestions that have started to improve my symptoms (and are delicious, which always helps).
